Employees with credentials can login to gain access to additional features, which will be expanded upon in the future. Quickly present your content in a scheduled meeting without having to hassle with access codes.

Easy Connect will look for your name in Cyviz room calendars.
If you are scheduled to attend a meeting in a room with Easy Connect,
you will be allowed to connect without verifying your presence.

By booking a meeting room through your email client, you may be granted instant access to the room during the time period of the meeting.

Access code
Access codes are used to confirm that you are present in the room you are connecting to. The code can be used once, and will be shown on the Cyviz Touch panel or on the display.
